This was our initial visit to this establishment, and we experienced a range of emotions. We found the food we ordered to be quite delicious. The chef and owner personally visited our table and expressed his deep pride in his culinary creations, attributing it to the use of high-quality, authentic ingredients sourced from Turkey, a sentiment with which we wholeheartedly concurred regarding the quality of the food. Nevertheless, we believe there are a few aspects that could be enhanced. We felt that the pricing of the food was at least 20% higher than what would be expected for the portion sizes provided. Additionally, the service was somewhat slower compared to other similar dining establishments. The menu selections were rather limited, and not all items from the already concise menu were available. In summary, while the food was excellent, we believe that with a few adjustments, this establishment has the potential to become one of the most highly regarded restaurants in the vicinity.

If youβve ever dreamed of visiting Istanbul for authentic Turkish cuisine, you donβt have to travel that far, just head to Zeeyum Kitchen on W. Market Street in Greensboro! After hearing so many great things, my family and I finally decided to try it this weekend, and all I can say isβ¦ WOW! What an incredible experience from start to finish. First, let me say that Zee, the owner and chef, is one of the most welcoming restaurateurs youβll ever meet. He not only prepares amazing food but also takes the time to personally greet his guests, making you feel like family the moment you walk in. We started with the Hummus and Fresh Flatbread, and it was absolutely outstanding, fresh, creamy, and full of flavor. Next came the BΓΆrek (Ground Beef and Feta Cheese). Think of it as the best, most flavorful βegg rollβ youβve ever had, but with authentic Turkish flair. Simply delicious! I had the Bugu Kebabi, served in a clay plate with red onions and tomatoes. Sealed with baked bread. Iβm usually not a lamb person, but when Zee explained that the lamb is marinated for hours in an onion-based broth, I decided to step outside my comfort zone. Iβm so glad I did! The lamb was incredibly tender a

Food was amazing! Service was not great! Maybe the young lady was having a bad day. It did unfortunately spoil the mood of my birthday dinner however. Not one refill, or visit to our table after an hour of dining with only a few other guests in the restaurant. Had to sit around waiting for a long time just waiting to ask for the check. Otherwise, great food and I look forward to returning. Pictured is the Bugu Kebabi and Adana Kebab. I highly recommend both.

Zeeyum Kitchen was one of those places where the experience felt very personal from the start. The owner actually came to our table, had a genuine conversation, and shared how he imports ingredients directly from TΓΌrkiye. That level of involvement really shows in the food. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and thoughtfully prepared. As a vegetarian, I was able to find great options that were flavorful without feeling heavy. You can tell the ingredients are high quality and not just standard restaurant supply items. The overall vibe is cozy and welcoming, not too loud or rushed, which makes it a nice place to sit and enjoy your meal. Service felt attentive without being overwhelming. Parking depends on the location, but generally there is nearby parking available. It is worth planning a few extra minutes during busy hours. Reservations are not always required, but I would recommend them if you are going during peak dinner time since the place is not very large. One tip, do not hesitate to ask for recommendations. Since the owner is so involved, you might end up discovering something even better than what you initially planned to order. Overall, it is a great spot if you appre

I had the Beyti at Zeeyum, and honestly, it was one of the best Turkish dishes I have ever eaten in my life. I have eaten Beyti in many cities across Turkeyβfrom Istanbul to Ankara, Izmir, and many other placesβbut I have never experienced one this delicious. The flavor was absolutely incredible. The meat was perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and full of rich, smoky flavor. The yogurt was creamy and fresh, and the butter sauce with spices on top brought everything together beautifully. Every bite was balanced and unforgettable. You can immediately tell that great care goes into the preparation of the food here. The presentation was beautiful, the ingredients tasted fresh and high quality, and the dish had that authentic Turkish flavor that is very hard to find outside of Turkey. What made the experience even better was the staff. Everyone working there was extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive. They made us feel very comfortable and were genuinely warm and friendly throughout the whole visit. If you love Turkish cuisine, Zeeyum is an absolute must-visit. This place sets a very high standard. I will definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend trying the Beyti β it is
